You can certainly give it a go, Dak, though it could make you a vulnerable target and you have a knackered left arm.

When you are in mid-air, Wraith, Balek fires his shot anyway, which blasts into the part of the walkway behind you and shatters it. As you are dropping back down, you work out that the walkway beneath you is now unsupported and falling...

Well, you aren't quite sure WHERE those grenades ended up! And problem is there is only one route up to Bay 5- but in any case, the Jedi seem to be withdrawing.
And oh look! There's Chion, down below, with Rura and some guy you have not seen before.
Seeing those blasted jedi I get off the monorail when it stops and head for the fight, lighting both blades of my sabre.
As I approach the fight I start singing (If I can/allowed it will be an awful sounding dis-chordant battle song in an effort break the concentration and to cause confusion amongst the jedi).
I engage the first person I meet....
Lifts, Dak, no, but some of these buildings are accessible and you can scramble up them from the inside. You manage to get up one level furher, clambering up onto a plaza area. There are about a dozen dead bodies here (sabre burns), and the sound of fighting behind a ruined warehouse nearby.

Wraith, you desperately grab hold of the railing with an impact that nearly breaks your arm, and now you are dangling and must move fast, for you are still in battle!

PROBABLY the reason the Jedi are running is because of all the alarms and the evacuation alert, Galder.
Something you hear on the way up, Rah- hard to miss, what with the blaring klaxons that break out, the chamber being bathed in red and the voice saying 'Evacuation Alert'. This is no false alarm, either- you sense great danger if you stay in this place much longer. Blast doors are beginning to close on the periphery.
Still, Galder coming down, and Rah, coming up, can meet. First impressions- there is some mad bastard singing in front of you, Galder, making your headche worse, and Rah, this sabre-wielding guy is clearly no Jedi, but he does NOT look well!
Jolanta seems to be slashing away at some guards, btw.
(the lesson, btw- trust your senses. You had felt something was wrong, Galder, for quite some time!)
Galder grabs Rah by the neck. "Shut up! I don't feel good!" Galder shouts. He then gives it a second thought. "Galder," he says offering Rah his hand. "We'll talk more latter. I have a feeling this place is going to blow. I've already been blown up enough today." He looks to Chion. "Glad you could make it. Just in time to turn around and leave."
There are more dead bodies by the warehouse, Dak, and across the plaza in front of you, deflecting fire from a building across the way with no direct means of access, is Kuylen.
-
Any particular preference of which way you are headed out, Galder?
-
Too slow, Wraith. Whilst clambering up a shot from Balek shears through the armour on the left side of your back and burns into you. You roll painfully forwards to dodge the next burst of fire.
There is a window to a disused bulding some 20 feet away... no direct access, but you might be able to make the jump if you get an opportunity.
