He only jokerized that many people because he was going to die. Unless hes going to die of a brain tumour in this thread its not that big a deal.

The "why" doesnt matter, we know for a fact that he's capable of that and Joker's too unpredictable to not concider this as an option since he's done that before. And he's too smart to engage in a "who's got better weapons and who's better at using them" with the Punisher imo.
