I know this isn't what you meant, but X can age. He matured from his starting age of 14 to his current age (21-23). He even got taller. His body will stay at that age though, so even though he lives hundreds of years by the Zero series, he still looks to be in his twenties.

Mega Man, on the other hand, was built with the mind and stature of a ten year old and doesn't have the ability to mature beyond that. It isn't in his design to do so.
