They need critical, objective feedback.
Why they picked you, I dunno.
So the online download is more than a gig lol. At least 10 hours at these retarded speeds.
Most reports put it at 27 GB, or higher.

Do your duty and let Bioware know how much it fvcked up KOTOR!
The sake of continuity, character homage, shoehorn eradication, and Darth Bandon is in your hands. You must not fail!

No idea how to play an RPG?
This from a man who claims to love storytelling?

...well, I've never played an mmo. so it's a valid concern
I wouldn't consider it a valid one though. RPGs typically rely on dev creativity and personal preferences of the player. For example, in KotOR (which is an RPG), you make a character based on your perception of what is an acceptable class, appearance, and fighting style. Then you develop (or experience, if you prefer) your character through dialogue choices throughout. It requires no special training, and typically RPGs are easy to pick up with tutorials and help menus.
Case in point, my brother had very little if any RPG experience, picked up KotOR and had a blast. Played it multiple times to completion. Saying you have "no idea how to play an RPG" means very little, when learning how requires that you pick it up and play it. Aspects that make it a good RPG are already present, and you experience it and enhance it with your own personal choices. There is no "wrong" way to play an RPG.
MMOs aren't that hard either. All MMOs have tutorials and starting areas or levels. Even F2P ones like Lord of the Ring Online, Champions Online, Crimecraft Bleedout, Dungeons and Dragons ONline, etc. all have relatively easy to pick up and play starting areas. Foreknowledge of the game or game type is unnecessary. Mastery, however, takes practice.
So final point? I don't take those concerns as valid if you assume that a "valid concern" means "not knowing how to play a game type". I could see if TOR had some kind of unforeseen game mechanic which requires you to be a method actor, or to know d20 rules by heart, but that's clearly not the case.
