facepalmI swear to god, I don't even know why I bother. It says right there on panel.
"In your reality
..."Atau goes on describe events that occured in the 616 reality.
It'd make more sense to argue that he interpreted the events wrong then to argue his description was not cannon. Unless you argue that any events that occur within the pages are automatically non cannon, which of course we already know is not true.
I agree, What If events aren't valid. Fortunately, I'm not arguing that the events in the What If issue are cannon. Just the beginning in end which affect the 616.
The only argument that can be made is that anything found in the pages of a What If are automatically non cannon no matter their content. Which would be asinine and untrue as we know.

Seriously? You don't think Atau was referring to the 616? Are you really going to pretend to be that purposefully dense?
I'm sure Uatu appearing at the end of the comic wasn't any indication either that he was talking about the 616.
Nothing to retcon.
So anything in the pages of a What If are automatically non cannon no matter their relevancy or referal to the 616? Seems rather silly to me. Since I'm too lazy:

during the Time Quake event the Watcher stopped Immortus from altering the universe and everything happened in What Ifs, this was later confirmed by several canon events. Hence, What If can be used as proof as long as they happen to reference the 616 universe directly

Take this debate somewhere else. What Ifs aren't valid or considered proof in the CB vs forum, period.
