I would need to take a lot of equipment with me, but the information I would gather would be unbelievably important.
1. I would teleport into Fort Knox and steal my intentions. A hard form of "money" is much more useful than stealing the $100,000-$1,000,000 that you guys would get from a bank vault. Plus, there is literally billions of dollars worth of gold in Fort Knox.
2. I would teleport into the vaults of the Federal Resave Bank of New York and steal more "money."
3. Diffuse the ability to trace the mineral profiles and other profiles associated with gold, from the gold I took, to throw off forensic specialists. I would not steal actually tender because that's stupid: it could be traced back to you. So, after melting and changing the gold profile to something ambiguous, I would buy stuff with it. I would have to do it to avoid suspicion (not too much, at once), and I would not be able to steal all of the Fort Knox and FRBNY gold, else it would cause a panic/destabilization of the dollar and other international currencies...but that WOULD create a very stable currency for me, if I invented one: something backed by gold, platinum, and precious stones, would be quite a stable currency.
4. Rule the world from an artificial Island in the middle of the Pacific. Use my power and money to figure out how to transport like I do, and replicate the ability for a handsome profit.
5. Be immortalized through the digitization of my consciousness, a la Ghost in the Shell, into a data network that I created with my trillions.
