I did jiu-jitsu (traditional, none of that Brazilian crap) and judo for years. I can recommend you that. Also if you want to see muay thai I'd recommend you looking up Buakaw Por. Pramuk or some other Thai fighter, not Anderson Silva.

Anderson Silva is badass 😠
And he does use Muay Thai when he strikes. In his first fight with Rich Franklin, he holds Rich in the Muay Thai Clinch, and busts his nose up so bad with knees that he has to get plastic surgery on it. I think he's a good representation of how Muay Thai fighters fight.
