It was a tag line from the first movie, and in the case of film Blade it was actually true. It's a bad-ass phrase, I'm sure it has been referenced in on panel, it sounds cool as f@ck, but that doesn't make it true. It's up to you to apply some critical thinking to what you read Snoop, its pretty clear Blade doesn't have "all of their strengths and none of their weaknesses." We know he needs to breath. We know he can't regrow limbs. There is a whole list of a vampiric abilities Blade doesn't have. He is fast but he isn't elder vampire bullet catching fast, he is Olympic to Peak Human MA fast.
Like I've said - it is your job as a comic reader to use some critical thinking. Not everything you read is accurate. Captain America strongly implied he was more skill than Mantis. He isn't. Oracle said Black Canary was more skilled than Batman. She isn't. Critical thinking. Blade has weakness that vampires don't have and they have powers he doesn't have, ergo the statement "all of their strengths, none of their weaknesses," is false.
