Thanos wins regardless what gem he uses, RKT is elder God or little higher but that's it. Thanos w/power gem would be unstoppabel point blank even Juggernaut would be jealous, Realtiy Gem can warp reality on a wim, Soul Gem pocket universe and I believe Thor has resisted the soul suck not to sure. But I do know 4/5 gems will beat RKT outright, give RKT a gem then it's a different story.
