What the hell. Was there even a hint to who got it?

"Ride with Norman Reedus"

That can't be good...

That's the only hint. They aired a commercial where Norman rides around for 22 minutes on a motorbike. So maybe that means he's leaving the show...

An hour and 20 minutes of nothing, a cool scene and cliffhanger for half a year. 😂

Royally pissed 10/10

JDM killed it as Negan.

Bravo.

JDM was excellent. Also thought the episode was rather scary and intense, with Negan and Trevor slowly making Rick feel more and more helpless with each path. The cliffhanger finale ruined it though. Intense build-up to nothing.

Yeah, just as expected tbh. 👆

Lol @ Rick's trip to pee pee pants city. Clutterbuck killed it as well.

Hmm. Good catch.

Am I the only one who thought that the part in JDM'S speech where he says something along the lines of 'you (referring to Rick and co.) Think you know what's going to happen, but you don't know chit', was a shot by the writers at the viewers?

Yeah and JDM was an awesome ahole.

Not as good as I thought it'd be and I don't like the cliffhanger until next season. Still not sure about Negan. I didn't fall in love with the Governor right away so I'll give him time to develop next season.

Even though I don't care for cliffhangers, it certainly didn't infuriate me like it seemed to do with others, lol.

Absolutely. He was just as good as I'd hoped he'd be. I also loved the fact that the huge majority of his dialogue came straight from the comics. 👆

Spoiler:
As someone else mentioned: I thoroughly enjoyed the utter helplessness we saw in Rick's eyes when he started realizing that he and his group were outclassed in every conceivable way... Especially with the "we can do anything!!!!" high-horse he's been riding around on lately. Truth is: he's nothing.

Also enjoyed riders(presumably from The Kingdom) being introduced, and also how helpful they were to Morgan and Carol. Great tie-in for events to come... Oh, and on that note: Morgan finally killed someone!!!! 👆

Yeah JDM knocked it out of the park as Negan. Honestly though I wasn't worried about him. I knew he would make a great Negan. Loved the build up in the episode. Even though I wish they had shown who it was that got whacked. I do like how that scene was shot from a first person perspective.

Yes. The first person perspective was a great idea. I wish there would have been an obvious clue as to who it was. It was smart to leave it hanging I guess. EVERYONE will watch the season premier.

Don't read the comics myself, but J.D. Morgan was fantastic as the new villain. Really looking forward to next season to see what else he delivers; where his character goes. Best main villain thus far and that cliffhanger while frustrating, was an excellent move on their part, people will be speculating until October.

Edit: I'm guessing Daryl, Glen or Ginger-Rage ate the bat

I just have to wonder....why did they keep stopping to deal with the "Zombie Dead Rover" lines?

I mean....why didn't they just RUN OVER THEM!?

This episode was SSSSLLLLLLLLOOOOOWWWWWWW!

^ That was explained... All you needed to do was listen.

Rick didn't want to risk compromising the RV's drivablity by plowing through the Walkers, so he thought it was best to deal with them h2h. After all, we've seen(multiple times) what trying to drive through Walkers can do to vehicles, and these ones also had thick chains attached to them. It was actually a reasonable decision on Rick's part, imo.

I didn't listen because I kept nodding off or flipping to see what was on the Rick & Morty Rerun.

....and reasonable and rick just don't mix.

😂 Nvm. I forgot that you're the guy who trolls here after every single episode.

Troll on! 👆
