Ah, no worries, I wasn't saying you were wrong/stupid in your opinions, just giving mine.

I've heard a few people say Savini would have fit the Gov great in terms of appearance.

-OK!!!!!

-Savini would've been great. In more than appearance.

So my prediction is that Glenn kid is gonna probably die. No one gets that lovey dovey with relationship talk before shit goes down and lives. If he survives for next season, then either nearly every war movie lied to me or they better pull a Johnny Cage quickly.

YouTube video

Pretty much, felt it happened in the first five mins of the movie.

If the show is basing Glenn on the comic series at all, then he won't die until WELL after the Prison saga(issue #100)-- and right now the show is only on issue 40-something.

You can't really kill a ninja, they just transcend to the next level.

It does seem to me that the writers are going their own way and trying not to be too tied down by what's been established in the comics, look at what they did with the death of Lori.

Or Sophia, or Dale, or Shane. Or anyone, really.

Two characters need to die soon. Glenn and Andrea. Glenn because they can't have a character in this type of show who gets the girl and a family and who's only tribulations are relationship problems--though they could always kill Maggie.

And Andrea, because f*ck that c*nt right in her facehole.

Ha! I can never watch either of these franchises the same way again.

Yeah, true. The writers have done a good job IMO, they've surprised me on a couple of occasions even though I have read the first 70 or so issues of the comic books.

Haaaa!!!!!

Merle is Ken. Who would've thunk it?

And the Governor is the douche-bag purple teddy bear.

Cute analogies.

YES! Oh f*ck yes! I didn't think they would but then they did and it was glorious.

Extremely curious as to what you are talking about. I was

Spoiler:
extremely happy with the episode. I thought it was a really good one. My only issue was that it was way too underwhelming and lackluster to be a season finale. I know what they were trying to do, I just didn't really like it. It did not feel like an end to a season like the last two have.

Unless you are referring to the death of Andrea, which I would totally agree with. Long time coming.

I couldn't care less about anything else, this overshadowed everything for me.
Spoiler:
I have detested that character since the first instant we see her in season 1 and this was a long anticipated (albeit underwhelming) payoff. I never thought I would get any happier about a character dieing off once Lori kicked it, but this was satisfying enough in a finale episode to take top spot. I literally through my arms over my head and cheered like it was the winning touchdown at the Superbowl.

On a side note, I'm glad they finally made the Governor full out psycho. And Carl's done a complete 180. I've gone from wanting him to pull a Sophia to nodding in fatherly approval at his gradual transformation.

Carl's such a tough guy, watch out.

* i hate Carl's attitude... he won't be a bada$s, but a jacka$s... Rick shouldn't have Carl "calling the shots" because he is too young for it... the way he's been acting, he might be the next Merle,

Spoiler:
gunning down fellow people without remorse
...

* Andrea

Spoiler:
is the "b!tch" in the series, and without her in Season 4, things might get more stale... and who would step up to be the Season's pretty/sexy girl (after Lori & Andrea)? hmmm... Maggie? Beth?

Thought

Spoiler:
Andrea's death was sad. She got less irritating, I thought, in spite of her frustrating inaction against the governor and she was another reminder in death of the repeated theme of "if you don't take care of this danger now, it'll come back and kill you" that has be prevalent all though the series..

This resonates with Carl, obviously,

Spoiler:
and to be fair that kid was warned. Should have put his gun down. And didn't. I see Hershal didnt tell Rick THAT part...
