THE WALKING DEAD: Is Daryl Dixon Gay? Robert Kirkman Says "It's Been Discussed"
"While it appeared as if Daryl Dixon had found love with Carol a couple of seasons ago in The Walking Dead, comic book creator Robert Kirkman has commented on the theory that fan-favourite character Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) could in fact be gay. Read on for further details!
It didn't take long for Daryl Dixon to become one of The Walking Dead's most interesting and beloved characters, and the episodes focusing on him have been some of the best to date. Though he has come close to embarking on what appeared to be romantic relationships with Carol, and to a much lesser extent Beth, Robert Kirkman revealed in the latest issue of The Walking Dead comic book that there's every chance he could in fact be gay. "All I can say is that it’s been discussed. We have very specific ideas about Daryl’s sexuality (or the seeming lack thereof), and if there’s ever a quiet period in the show where he’s not consistently distracted by crossbowing...we’ll tackle it in the show." Given the upbringing he had with a brother like Merle, a story decision like this could prove to be fascinating and it would undoubtedly be a bold move for the AMC series. However, would the network allow it? "For the record, they absolutely would," Kirkman says."

Rick = Badass
Karl = managed to not be overly annoying
Maggi = Looking sexier than ever
Tyresse = Badass, but I hope they do away with the "reluctant to be a badass" angle soon
Did anyone get an Auschwitz vibe from Terminus? People being keep in train cars, the room with all the stolen goods (watches, rings etc).
Tyreese is an absolute monster when it comes to zombie slaying. Last season he is surrounded by at least 20 zombies and he just bashes them all to death with his tire iron. He gets sent out of the cottage to his death with no weapons and he somehow kills them all and then beats the man to death.
Carol must've been reading some Punisher comics. Her whole plan of attack was just impressive and executed flawlessly.
Of course, my favorite part was at the end where we see the survivor from season 1 who's name I can't believe I forgot.

i was so jacked when i saw that. It was comparable to seeing Nick Fury at the end of Iron Man. Moments like that make it completely worth it to not read about or watch any trailers to upcoming episodes/seasons.
Good series opening indeed. Wasn't too impressed with the second half op series 4, but this one starts well.
The closing scene BTW is the Terminus people locked up by the rapists and murderers, before they took over again and became cannibals. It's a flashback to the origins of Terminus Cannibalus. It how people screw each other up.
Anyway, Terminus is over now. I wonder where this series is going next.

If it was stolen by another band of survivors, they are now better-armed than the friggin military.
Anyone else notice how convenient this show is when it comes to people being turned into zombies?
For instance, one of the butchers gets turned instead of fully eaten alive by the zombies. Are we supposed to believe that the zombies simply weren't hungry enough in that particular moment to devour that guy, instead they just did enough to turn him so that we the viewers could see him again later?
