I think I would have preferred if they had explored the Terminus thing more this season then the On the Road arcs. But then I guess that's what next season will be about.
Wrong!!11!

Zerk-Rick's going to kill all the cannibals in Terminus episode 1 of season 5. He'll then start planning his unification wars; using Terminus as his base of operations. That's what S5 will be about.

First off, there's an arc from the comic that loosely, but closely(if that makes sense) follows this point in the show. The show itself also provided some key evidence, though:
a.) The Terminus clan(T-clan) did everything they could to not harm Rick and the gang--they used the gunfire solely to corral the group into specific quadrants of Terminus(which were always marked "A", btw.)
b.) We heard other people screaming from the boxcars whilst the group was running through the grounds... So we know there are [many] others imprisoned.
c.) We saw a shrine/ritual/candle room filled with names of the deceased, along with the phrases "NEVER AGAIN", "NEVER TRUST", and "WE FIRST, ALWAYS" painted on the walls.
d.) We saw empty boxes of powdered milk outside the boxcar Rick and co. stepped into(ie. the T-clan keep the people they trap alive.)

And most importantly...
e.) We saw a shit-ton of human remains on the grounds:

It seems clear that the T-clan trap/store/imprison people who come there seeking sanctuary, and fatten them up as much as possible before slaughtering them(not unlike feed-cattle.) I'm guessing the T-clan are so quick to offer food(ie. human flesh) to the new arrivals because it's laced with some sort of sedative that incapacitates them and allows for faster/easier storage. I'm also guessing that the point of the shrine/ritual/candle room is to try and remind the T-clan that they are killing solely for food/survival, and not out of malice(or somesuch), and that is their way of paying respect to the dead.

Anywho, I just re-watched the episode. Gotta say, I thoroughly enjoyed it--the flashbacks with Hershel(in particular) were brilliant.

That was him being sarcastic because you stated something obvious lol. I'm sorry you had to type that out before someone clued you in. 😆

I'm dubbing him 'Brick'(short for 'berserk Rick'.) 😖mart:

If Rick is so smart and bad ass why is he locked up in a box car?

Because that's all part of the plan. He's about to Sherlock Holmes the f*ck out those hipster cannibals.

As noted, Zerk-Rick is in a box, cos Zerk-Rick wants to be in a box.

Who don't enjoy a good Rick-in-a-box

Bit of an odd season ending indeed. I hope they give the writers a good holiday so they can get this show on the road again. Not a great second half of the season.

Let's face it. Carol and Tyreese and gonna come in all ninja style cos they were watching what happened to Rick and his crew.

Don't you ***** pay attention to anything?

Number 1 rule of socking is not to start conversations with yourself, Galan.

Master, Phildo and I now have indisputable proof of your evil socking ways.

😂

Also with the finding powdered milk - it happens to be a lot more fattening than anything else these people have had for a year. And they're really skinny now.

Dry Powdered Milk....YUMMY!

Powdered milk goes down good with desperation.

I think we can safely assume the milk powder is mixed with water first and then fed to fatten up the cattle-people.

Mooooh...

If the kidnappees want their milk to be in liquid form upon consumption, they must mix the powder with their own tears and/or piss. 👆
