This night's ep was rather dull imo. Was happy to see The Punisher (aka Carol) appear at the end. I expect it will pick back up next week.

Yeah, I can't even stand Beth in small doses, so an entire episode centered around how weak she is was ridiculously annoying. Like Robert Tardarian mentioned: hopefully Carol Castle will wake up and start wrecking shit in the next episode--I'll be pissed if they make her comatose(or w/e) for several weeks just to inextricably lengthen the 'Beth-arc'.

Anywho, I can't wait until we get a Morgan/Rick team-up. #Unstoppable

Ohoho, that's good to hear then if it ends up being the case. And honestly I kinda liked seeing Beth's development in this episode. Was indifferent to her before too, but now that she's become a bit more of a killer... Hopefully Daryl will be somewhat impressed when/if he sees her again, and kind of a longshot but I want to see Daryl put that self-righteous Dawn (lady cop in charge) in her place or something.

I don't like the "Carol = bad@ss" arc one bit. She is being needlessly promoted like Michonne but with expertise with a variety of weapons. Her comic arc wasn't great either but she was more believable in that arc in comparison to the bad@ss one on TV. IMO, making her more believable would be better long-term in which she have her moments but also vulnerabilities because this leaves room for character development instead of Rambo-ism.

Beth's arc have potential though. She is young, energetic and in the process of discovering her potential.

Carol went from an abused and helpless wife to an independent and reliable woman. She can take care of herself and protect others. She has had plenty ofxcharacter development to get to this point. I would hate to see her ex try and beat her now. She is in no way an expert at the weapons that she uses but she's also no slouch.

Yeah, I like Beth. I hope they give her decent character arc.
