I miss shane.

Eugene totally just hit the floor like a sack of potatoes. SACK OF POTATOES. best part of the ep. We needed the Wayan's bros dad so badly.

Indeed that scene made me legitimately lol. 👆

yee-tee-dee!!

Okay, Eugene story done. Now what?

The breaking down of the car plot is getting a little stale. Quite a crash and he wasn't driving that fast.

Hopefully they'll meet back up with Rick & the gang, and make plans to extract Beth & Carol from the Hospital.

there's some weird shit going on with the chronology in these episodes. The sneak peek for the next episode showed Daryl and Carol together at the hospital burning something that appeared to be Beth-sized. Although i think the burning must have happened before Daryl and Carol got separated and Carol got captured by the General Rapespital staff... meaning the person being burned isn't Beth.

With Beth and Carol being captured, who in the hell was Daryl telling to come out of the woods? Young Chris Rock?

Either him or Morgan... Maybe even both of them, depending on how this folds out chronologically. We know Morgan's definitely been tracking the group, though, as he was shown following the markings carved onto trees by The Hunters while they searched for Rick. /shrug

The plot thickens... more next week.

He started to twitch at the end, wonder if he's as good as dead. Though I imagine even if he survived the beat-down, he has no real purpose on the show/team anymore and will be regulated to being a Red-Shirt; they never last long.

Anyone else laugh at the way Eugene was "running" away from the zombies chasing him in the flashback scene?

If he's gonna be nearly as important as he is in the comics, they're gonna wish he doesn't die anytime soon. Dude actually becomes useful as hell later. I'd wager show Eugene is just gonna take up space, spew fun facts every now and then and probably get eaten trying to save someone important.

That penguin-waddle was great. he claims they're getting faster I hear.

she shot a tank with a rifle and set off a firework to create an explosion. 😬

you're acting like she hacked nuclear launch codes. It was a badass moment, sure, but there was nothing unbelievable about it.

also, she's currently knocked out and captive... seems pretty vulnerable to me.

I have been watching this show throughout. She transitions from a vulnerable woman who doesn't knows how to handle a gun to a Commando-level individual. How realistic is this?

During the prison session, she was ready to take on an angered Tyreese and survived on her out in the wild after Rick kicked her out.

As for the cracker, she fired it with a precision that a trained military officer would.

I understand that conditions shown in TWD can really force a person to toughen-up but come on, a layman doesn't magically equals a Commando in skills even in long-term.

The tough guys in the show were tough before the zombie-apocalypse started. They toughened-up further with experience and luck.

you sound sexist.

🙄

If being realistic makes me sexist, so be it. I don't care about your remarks and sentiments.

Totally sexist. He probably wants Carol cooking for the team or back to being a useless abused housewife.

🙄

Oh, did I hurt your feelings?

Why do you hate women and consider them useless?

Does the thought of an independent and capable women threaten the perception of your own manhood? Seems like it does.

Are you by chance Middle Eastern?

On what grounds are you making this assumption?

I don't hate women and neither I consider them useless. Women are important to men in various ways and are unlikely to be useless for them. In-fact, men are culturally motivated to love women.

This is absolute bullshit.

I simply pointed out an observation about a poorly developed or thought-out female character in a TV show. What is wrong with this? I don't understand why some men are making a big deal out of it just because I am being critical of depiction of an unrealistic female character.

Did I said that tough women don't exist in life and/or not acceptable in a TV show in which struggle for survival is really important? Yes, I do acknowledge that men have some biological advantages over women but this doesn't means that I don't believe in potential of women.

Just like everybody, I have perceptions about stuff and what I consider as realistic or not, or which female I like or dislike, and I have the right to express my views as openly as you or anybody else does. However, I don't welcome feminist criticism in everything related to women, and I am not interested in sharing my personal history and experiences with you to satisfy your feminist curiosities. You better stop judging men in everything related to women in real life or in fiction and mind your business. If you have disagreement with a point, simply make it apparent in respectful manner.

Doesn't matters where I live, men typically love and appreciate women in all societies.

Your anger, avoidance of simple questions and labeling everything you can't deal with as "feminist" is painting a pretty clear picture for everyone, bucko.

This though: "Women are important to men in various ways and are unlikely to be useless for them." Yup, you view women as little more than property.

Your subtle attempts at trying to incite reactions from other men with feminist overtures and idiotic questions are problematic and portray you as an insecure looser of a feminist who cannot tolerate even constructive criticism about a fictional female character. You need to keep your unhealthy feminist preaching to yourself. This is an international community and I am not obligated to appease feminists on this board and neither did I sign-up to be answerable to feminists about my views about women in fiction and/or reality.

B/W I am not angry, I find your questions idiotic and devoid of common sense.

You asked me that why do I consider women useless and my point is that I don't. However, if you want to portray my statements as anti-women, you may continue, but I don't give a rat@ss about your judgment.

I will ask you again: Did I hurt your feelings?
