We saw him in battle and he did nothing anywhere near close to Thor's best against Galactus, Celestials, Loki, etc. so Thor is more powerful until a showing proves otherwise.
Ion hasn't beaten anyone even close to galactus level so you need to actually back this up with real feats or wins other than onesided beat downs against Prime.
