Do I have to post scans of Bart taking on Prime? Read their encounter in Infinite Crisis, and how well Bart was doing taking on Conner.
Legion shows how potent the cannon fodder effect is. Place him against Prime on his own, and he has him on the ropes. Put him with a team and how formidable he is instantly takes a dive.

all i see is Bart punch Prime two times and Prime flew away to destroy Oa..that's not taking on if u ask me..and when did Bart take on Conner??why would they fight each other??they are friends rite..
no..Legion shows how powerful Prime is..he was handling multiple opponent and doing just fine..
but if Bart can steal speed and make Prime completely unable to move..then i'm sure he win..
