Beware MAULKILLER... lolIn the cloning facilities of Kamino, Darth Vader created a warrior of unparalleled strength and power by combining the genetic material of Darth Maul, former apprentice of Sith Lord Darth Sidious, with his own apprentice, Starkiller. The resulting aberrant clone possessed traits from both warriors, but the crude fusion of two disparate Force users quickly produced physical and mental instabilities that led to the unfortunate clone’s destruction. For a brief time he struck fear into the hearts of all who faced him, even Lord Vader himself.
😱
That is AWESOME!

I hope it is canon. That would be ace! I love the idea of Sith trying to bio-engineer super-powerful Force-users only to wind up creating complete monsters.
If the Empire has Maul's DNA, why does Sidious not just get a clone of full 100% Maul instead of trying to mix and match DNA from different people that is bound to go wrong.
Also, i would find it pretty incredulous if Sidious does not know about the cloning world of Kamino being used to, wait for it, clone people! I mean after all it was Sidious's own masterplan before the Clone Wars to use Kamino so you can't say that he would just conveniently forget about the planet. 😮
Who want's to take bets that Galen Marek is the other rather than Leia...

I think GL stated that this quote by Yoda in ESB was originally just a theatrical ploy (check the ESB director's commentary), but ROTJ changed that and GL placed Leia as the "other".
Of course, knowing we'll probably have TFU V and VI in 5-7 years' time, the 'other' will likely change again, and your bet probably isn't that far off 🙂
On another note, that cameo scene with Yoda is both atrocious and intriguing. I don't know whether or not to cry blasphemy against the Classic Trilogy for allowing the incredible Dagobah cave scene to be repeated (retroactively) with Marek.
