The Force Unleashed II

It's not even out yet. Give it a chance.

Oh, I'll still buy it... But the story will still be complete and utter shit. TFU was bad enough, TFU 2's ending is far worse.

I'd rather sit through a lecture on existentialism than play TFU2.

Why so serious McB?

I'll still buy it after it's reduced to about $20. No matter how bad the story will end up being, I still find the gameplay fun.

I'll just download it. The PC version is a huge file though.

Haven't played the first, won't play the second.

im a huge Force Unleashed Fan sooo i just got and read tfu2 graphic novel...in all honesty it actually does not reveal a whole lot about the game.

Running around with a lightbat is fun? What's your batting average?

When using Saber Sling, homerun every time.

Any truth to the spoiler?

Completed game on Sith Master. Or if you meant real life, then I don't have one. The game's simplistic in it's combat, and I appreciate that. The lightbat and the exaggerated Force powers are enjoyable.

I just use the LIGHTSABER code to turn it from a lightbat into a lightsaber. Makes the game much more enjoyable me thinks.

See I've been dying for a good M rated SW game where when you swing your lightsaber at someone, pieces of them go flying off Fallout 3 style.

So have I. As much as fun as I get from TFU, I'm always gonna be hoping for a... "realistic" Star Wars game. One that doesn't have the shitload of Force powers and makes you rely mastering lightsaber combat--not just the useless combos TFU offers. Limbs everywhere, horrible death wails, last ones alive surrendering out of terror.

Actually, Jedi Outcast offered all of that.

it so does. And so does academy. I still want a new one, with better graphics, and a more varied enemy. Can you imagine if it had a random person generator like F3 does? Each enemy you faced was completely different? That would be fantastic and a half. And have the same inventory system? Heck, make fallout 3 in a star wars universe? Cities are different planets or somethng? Ooooohhhhh...

Nice!

I thought they were going in a good direction with Republic Commandos but they never followed it up.

Heck yes. Republic Commando was sooo good. I just don't get why they never followed up on it.

I also really liked Bounty Hunter, personally.

We need an imperial comando game set during the Thrawn campaign.

Ugh, no. No games based on the novels.
