And Thor is also clearly faster than sound in both movement speed and his combat reflexes, so again, nothing to prove that Vegeta is much faster than Thor at all without concrete evidence.

That machine gun thing has been used as an example like 5 times now; and every time it's been used as proof that Roshi or _______, is faster than Flash and in turn, faster than Thor. Completely false. If Wally couldn't catch bullets, it wasn't because he wasn't fast enough to do so, but because he wasn't strong enough.
Ok, let's go ahead and presume that the completely unfounded notion of "Vegeta being faster than sound", is a fact. Hermes, the God of speed, is faster than Light and Thor can seem him quite easily... stop downplaying Thor's speed and reaction time.
Also, once again, moot point as Vegeta can't do any physical damage to Thor.

vegeta should wipe the floor with thor...the only way Vegeta loses is by CIS...ie Vegeta stomps thor hard and then starts boasting and gets cheapshotted in the back by mjolnir

Pretty easily? Didn't read said issue did you? This is what temporarily put Thor down for a few seconds to a minute or two tops.
1) An attack and dive from the Sentry.
2) The combined full power of X-ray, Vector, Iron Patriot, Moonstone, and Volcana.
3) An onslaught of blasts and attacks from those above including Iron Clad.
Just so you know, Vector alone can repel a planet, tear the Hulk down to his bones (This was before the healing factor retcon when he had Superman level durability I believe.) and repel reality itself.

But vegeta can teleport.He does so in battle all the time.
He can shatter mountains but not hurt thor?
Vegeta isn't stomping thor by any means but he takes 6-7/10.
