Vegeta on a regular basis fights beings much more powerful than the ones Thor fights.
In your opinion, you estimate that Thor is far too slow (and stupid) to dodge an attack from Vegeta that takes minutes to charge. That is what you think, correct?

Hell, as soon as Vegeta begins powering up and his aura is visible and crackling with energy, what's to stop Thor from just draining him? Vegeta can't get over the hurdle of the hammer; it just screws up most of his arsenal of attacks/fighting ability.
p.s. android 20 (gero) proved that absorbing energy straight out of a guy can defeat them, and mjolnir's absorption feats shit on his and all the other androids combined by a factor of 1000

Yes he does. How many casualy solar system busters+ does Thor go up against on a consistent basis? Master ROSHI with a power level below 300 destroyed th MOON with a single blast. When Vegeta first appeared, his power level was beyond 18000.

I think we've posted enough scans and on panel proof to suggest that Vegeta's entire strategy of winning his fights gets shit all over by Thor and Mjolnir. He has the speed to react to his attacks, his absorbing feats border on the phucking absurb, he can send those attacks back at Vegeta with x10-x100 power.
Vegeta, and essentially every other DBZ character, is fighting an insane uphill battle against a guy who essentially removes the one thing that make them so damn powerful: their signature energy/ki blasts.

So let me get this straight, he saved the universe by sending the bomb into a wind tunnel? 😐
Ok, that is a legit(and not probable) feat. But Thor wouldn't be able to do that to moving blasts that would be coming to him from all directions. He didn't absorb it either.

You realize that when he spins Mjolnir in an arc, it provides protection from virtually all angles? When the "absorbing power" is "on", any energy which veers close to the hammer gets sucked in. I mean, shit, he's absorbed a planet's entire magnetic field and blasted it before. Direction isn't a problem. And that's without Thor creating a force field around his person.
And here, you can see Mjolnir clearly absorbing energy from every which direction.

As far as I know, he has never absorbed an energy blast as powerful as Vegeta's? Did he absorb Galactus' blasts? Ego's? No.
And those blasts from weak-ass early 70s Galactus and Ego are nowehre near Kid Buu's who Vegeta could fend off for a while.

? He created a vortex that contained and then absorbed the effects of the Life Bomb. Vortex creations are one of his methods of barrier creation. He wouldn't absorb blasts from an opponent like that. He'd use this method if he wanted to defend himself from attacks.
I believe he also absorption the bomb after the initial explosion because the Life Bomb did not merely cause any explosion that would blow over but literally caused space to cease existing where it struck and this effect was not present even inside the vortex that Thor created.
