Plus both of those on panel instances showed Thor draining the energy within a single panel, so it's safe to assume that Thor, if he can't completely drain Vegeta in one sitting, can siphon a lot of it, severely reducing his overall effectiveness in this battle.

for example, if thor tries a hammer toss, vegetal will not try to dodge it just to prove his strenght. depending on the power of the toss vegeta will get slammed through a mountain or get his head knocked off

i'm a huge dbz fan first and thor only comes a far second. but even i know any version of vegeta isn't beating thor.

thor has all the power sets needed to beat vegeta and vegeta WILL let thor use those powersets just because his an arrogant sob

Not really. Thor has multiple instances of fighting smart and using his advantages in a fight. Vegeta let Cell absorb 18 because he wanted a challenge. He let Android 19 begin to absorb his energy just to prove a point. Vegeta goaded Frieza into transforming because he thought he had reached the pinnacle of Saiyan Evolution. He refused to use the Potarra earrings with Goku again once they were absorbed into Buu's being. Vegeta allowed himself to be possessed and battle Goku despite the fact that such energies would revive Majin Buu. Etc, etc.

Things work out in the end because of story purposes, but you can't honestly believe that Thor has worse CIS than Vegeta.

fighting like a stupid brick or not, vegeta WILL let thor land his hammer strike or punch just to show how powerfull he is. which will lead to vegeta geting smashed through a montain or getting one shotted.

thor's cis is more on his suddenly forgeting that he has x ability. vegeta on the otherhand, is not really cis but more of how he is as a character. he doesn't forget his fighting skills or his powersets, his biggest weakness is his arrogance.

like i said, he thinks he's the GREATEST EVAH! just look at what he did in his fight with cell. he allowed cell to absorb 18 just to prove his supperiority. wherein, after becoming perfect cell, cell the proceeded to kicking the shit out of vegeta.

he allowed the android the absorb his ki (cannt remember which android, was it 20?) then pretended that nothing happened. though he did win, he was wtf drained and had to ask for a senzu bean.

then there's 18. he went straight for her without thinking or even measuring her power assuming that he was superior. he just went YAAAHHH!!! then he went AAARRRGHHH!!

then theres the freeza fight. where in he had krillin injur him to near death and healed by dende. he then went against freeza thinking that he was now superior. he went from YEAAHH! to just dead.

then there's fat buu. he thought he could take on fat buu but only succeeded in doing nothing to buu

the only times that i can remember that he was **** shit scared was when he faced off with the ginyu forces and when android freeza arrived on earth with king cold.

face it, his character will get himself 10/10 loses at the hands of thor.

Being blinded by anger or arrogance is Vegeta's usual MO against bosses or big bads.

Against rank and file, he's usually pretty efficient.

he's efficient coz he can really take out cannon fodders. like his fight with whats his name? buu saga, when goku, gohan and vegeta went to face babidi. they played rock, paper scissors and vegeta won the first match. who he clearly outmatched. but during that fight with the cannon fodder he was wtf arrogant.

he's always wtf arrogant.
