XBOX 360 Kinect

the touch-sensitive buttons were imitated from the ps3.

i dont really care about the design though.
all i want to know is if the hardware has been improved; less chance for rrod's.
i'm not going to shell out 200 bucks for crappy hardware

I used to work there myself but got laid off. cheap ass company when i mean cheap i mean cheap. they let me go because the company was letting go of the employees in my region who have been there for awhile and that are getting paid more because of raises or maybe being bi lingual. I was only getting 20 cents more than the average GA because i speak spanish.

Idiots dont realize they are losing money by letting me go cause when i was clocked in i handled 20-30 % more of the customers than the other employees cause i was the only guy there that spoke spanish.
every time i sold a PS3 or 360 or even just a used game for 30 bucks i think that covers the 20 cents an hour for quiet sometime.

you could always just not purchase it. just like you did with a wii. but then that in itself is bothersome.

imo "we" shouldn't be left out of anything 360. that should be our choice, not ms's. but, if she wants, she can neglect us and create a low morale amoung us towards the system and give up and/or switch sides, maybe to the ps3 because right now, the way sony's looking with it's 3dware on it's hdtv, it's bluray players, and it's ps3, now's not the time to alienate and become divisive with add on gadgets like the kinect.

No, our DM is pretty new and fairly clueless. The DM has nothing to do with how many hours you get. They just pass along the assignments that they're given. We've gone through four in the time I've worked there.

So... reading previews and hands-on with Kinect... it seems it's for the most part: a big fail (except Kinectimals and the non-existent yet so tantalizing SW game)

it doesn't help that the price tag will be (almost for sure) a big one: 150$ and 60$ for every game (no bundle)

im guessing there will be a trade in bonus if you trade in your old system towards the new one. I would like to do that but i would like to have both of them at the same time at one point to transfer the data.
