The Beast is probably gonna do a surprise attack the moment Cole reaches the end of that dock. The end of that video sure looked like something under the water was busting it.

Screw a final attack. As much as the Beast was hyped up he should have easily tossed Cole aside.

he didn't seem that much effected by cole's attack. Also this is the "new" Beast as the one before came later and had more time grow strong.

The more I listen to it I like Funny cole's voice better than wannabe strep throat batman's voice.

Yeah, but the beast regens afterwards, and Cole admitted that he couldn't beat it, which is pretty much why we have InFamous 2.

Also, there's no indication that the Beast Cole barely beat at the beginning of Infamous 2, is as powerful as the one Cole saw in Kessler's vision.

The original one was better IMO (seeing as I haven't heard a lot of the new one), but yeah, too gravelly.

Also, Kuo's voice is hawt.

R.I.P Cole McGrath, SP had out done themselves and given what might be the most awesome send off ever.

can anyone explain to my why this dude is so popular? Cole, is it? he reminds me of alex mercer. but i like alex better. he seems a more fiercer warrior too.

That's all I can tell you without spoiling it for you. There's a lot of things that make people like Cole over the generic batman/revenge driven brand of heroes games tend to funnel out of their ass. *cough*Alex*cough*

also to say he's like Alex Mercer will be an insult to him as they are nothing alike other than powers.

Yeah, he's a really well written character. Even when he's an ******* he feels somewhat believable. But the good route is just really, really good.

It's possible he was only temporarily dead and came back when a lightning bolt was conveniently struck down where the boat with his body was. If he is dead for good then I'm gonna miss that guy.

If SP wants to bring him back, they'll find a way. InFamous is modelled after Comic Books after all. Or they could make the Evil Ending canon.

Just got my Platinum, and I have to say, even on the good play through Cole seemed like such an *******. In the first game I never got the impression that any of the evil karma choices actually suited the character, he just didn't seem like someone who would make any of those choices... but it is almost the opposite in this game. Can't stand Nix but there is one moment on the Evil Play Through near the end that was pretty powerful. Decent game, the moments with Cole and Zeke are all pretty awesome, the rest of the writing and plot could have been improved. Stellar game play though, I recommend checking it out.

Still... I wish they would have given me the option to play with the original InFamous 2 Cole character model (the one with hair), because the one they use is just so bland and uninspiring. He looks like every other character, from every other game. How many characters with buzz cuts do we need?

Maybe.. On that sequel they didn't say yes or no on the matter but said it ''depends on [them] having some good ideas.'' So there's a good chance.

I kinda want the series to end now, with the good ending being Canon. That way it'll be...

I played and beat Infamous 2 and it was a pretty good game but if they do a sequel, I think they need to something really different with it because the second was starting to grind on me because it reminded too much of the first game.
