STAR WARS: RETROSPECTION- Respite

Did you include it in your supplies?

I don't remember including any, but I forget the full list. At the very least, I know Ti doesn't have any on her at the moment.

As before, I'mm willing to play defense at a convenient choke point while you guys run for the ship. I should be the best equipped for it, and we may get overwhelmed at some point. Rexx, how goes the cutting, are we running yet?

Vera-Kin is going to attack two of the lesser warriors, tapping Cleave and Orthodox Guard as she does so! She flips forward and catches two off guard with a wide swipe.

You hardly even break a sweat here, Vera-Kin. Your combined taps ensure that not only do you down your targets, you also repel the others attacking you! The Champion has wisely stood back and let the others assault you.

"You show great power," the Champion says slowly.

Cutting crew- you are halfway through! Always much faster with two swords.

"I have great power," Vera-Kin says, twirling her lightsaber. "I would not stand against it if I were you."

The Champion lowers his hammer.

"Not now," he says.

Xeth keeps twisting his lightsaber until the hole is finished being cut.

"Everybody out," Xeth says. "We need to get back to the ship and get out of here. This area is no doubt crawling with these zealots."

Once Vera-Kin finishes her encounter, the hole will be cut.

Vera-Kin says nothing more to the Champion with the hammer, simply taking a moment to remember his face before she turns and flees back to where her allies are cutting their way out of the building.

Alright! Vera-Kin runs back and reunites with her friends, who have cut their way through. Navir jumps through first and out onto the roof of the radio station.

As Xeth predicted, there are Maltites swarming in the streets around the building. There are archers among them.

I thought we were underground. How are we on a roof, even having climbed up that railing thingy?

Nope! You entered the radio station into a straight hallway that led to a lobby that led to stairs that led you up into the broadcasting station with the 'live studio audience.' Not to mention that room was rather large; there was a reason that Jedi Leaping was required to get up there!

Well...weak. Which way are the least followers? We should go that way and try to lose them. We can circle back to the ship after.

Hmm. I was thinking we could hop from building to building but that wouldn't be practical with Tilulla and Barker and Navir being less than Leapy.

You could make a big show of it and leap away, to get them to follow you? I'm not worried for myself, but it might make the escape easier for our NPCs.

Distraction! Xeth is good with that, he's ridiculously acrobatic and has the right schticks/powers for getting out of problems.

Does Xeth want to go it alone as the distraction or should Vera-Kin go with?

"I think I can handle myself, Master," Xeth says to Vera-Kin, patting his sonic blaster.

Xeth will let Navir keep using his grenade launcher so that he can travel light.

A distraction may help you make good your escape!

Xeth- the buildings (or what remains of them) are just far apart enough that it would be a Great Leap to hop from each one to another.

Others- if Xeth is going to be hopping across buildings, where will you go?

We can take the streets and go around the back to the ship, as Ti suggested. Xeth should leave first so that he draws more attention.
