Plastic man - he's damn near indestructible. Even without any particular offensive capabilities, being able to survive almost anything or control your body at the molecular level, gives you herald status.

Shenron also stated he couldn't destroy the Saiyans (Vegeta and Nappa) because they were more powerful than him.

Shenron can't grant any wish, he can only do things within Kami's/Dende's comprehension.

Look at his combat speed.3 punches in an instant.He was able to create more of him.He took some of omegas best attacks and said he felt good.He can convert energy.

The guy he was kicking the crap out of had the power of the 7 dark dragon balls.The power probably can't be meausred this way but his blast was the power of all of humanitys dark deeds and gegeta kicked it back with ease.Uub said it was easily a planet destroying blast.

Like I said before, the same writer that wrote Superman struggling against that plane also had Superman assisting in moving a moon.

Goku one handed a bus that had people in it with the aid of picollo and he was black hair. That feat is more than 40 tons.
