I spent 10 dollars, and got 30 dollars worth of points. So i have enough to buy the lightning pack and several other things, etc.

Made a Flash character; using the electricity power-set. i'll see how it goes.

Someone needed help with the mission, so I tagged along and it came up with the group loot at the end. I just missed out on the belt too.

Is that a staff for healing?

I picked up a rifle from a raid and it's pretty sick 97 dps and 94 resto on it, now my healer is sitting at 53 cr and 1500 resto.

I heal bad guys to death now.

It wasn't, no, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to equip it. I'll take a screeny for you guys when i get a chance.

I made Sho Nuff last night and gave him "The Glow" (electricity powers). I wish you could modify the color of your projectiles. The martial arts melee is pretty solid. I actually took down what was likely a noob level 30 with my level 6 Sho Nuff. I just kept chaining together stuns and combos, and drank about 4 sodas, and took the bastard down. He even tried to run away but I hit him with a bunch of ninja stars and he couldn't get airborn. That was sweet.

Made it to l30 with my Aquaman, and finished the mentor storyline. Was pretty good.

I got a lvl 30 character but I can't do raids because of my combat rating. Anyone know how to raise it?

Gear. You have to earn Marks of Triumph to gain the t1 pvp gear, then earn the marks for the t2 gear in the raids.

Yep. Marks of Triumph (though they take a while to earn), and Marks of Allegiance iirc, which can be traded for Marks of Triumph at a ratio of 10:1.

You can pvp or you can do duo's at lvl 30 for marks of triumph as well as t1 alerts.

Duo's are probably the fastest easiest way to get marks initially.

My suggestion is when you get your marks to focus on your "role" and spend your marks on that type of gear for your T1.

Wait, I misspoke, you want t1 PVE gear which you get via the duos/alerts/level 30 missions, then work up to T2 PVE, not pvp gear. PVP is for the Arena matches against other players. PVP gear will also raise your combat rating, but I wouldn't recommend using it for raids as it offers no real defense against the CPU's attacks.

Wow I thought when you hit lvl 30 there was nothing else to do or not much else to do, theres loads more.

Really the game starts at 30 for raids/gear/content if you need help I'm on PC as a healer snowdragon.

Made my 1st hero. "Grand Praetor" aka Gladiator. Almost perfect save his hair and emblem. Made him a mental brawler and I'm going to give him the heat vision/ice breath package.

I have one character slot yet, but have no idea who to base the villain I want to make, on. I have seven heroes so far, and I like to base my characters on actual canon guys.

So far i'm thinking either:

Black Adam
Count Vertigo
Constantine Drakon
Deathstroke
Sinestro Corps
Vandal Savage
Joker

Or Mister Sinister, from Marvel obviously.

Suggestions?

Well, I was going to make Sinister, so don't make him. Lol. Of those listed, you should make a Sinestro Corps member. Actually, you should make Alexander Nero since you want to do Canon characters.

I made Ronan the Accuser this morning. I'm thinking about making Black Bolt and Quasar as well.
