Unless she gains possession of Hiroshi's wealth.

That reminds me of a character analysis about Mako I read that suggested that he's a giant gold-digger.

Not gonna do any good for him since she's basically decided Mako can go shove it. Asami is smarter than Korra, she knows the game Mako is playing. 😛

Link? I'd like to read that.

Its near the bottom.

Also if you skip to page 189 you can read the absolutely hilarious reactions to the episode people posted as it aired.

Hit the nail on the head really. I would have taken the time to complain about Mako's cowardice in episode 2 and his inconsistent reactions to things. I.e, when Bolin was in danger Mako just seemed kinda bored. When Korra was in danger, he was all mad and stuff.

"Yakone's really earning his #1 Dad coffee mug."

Awesome.

'Save the show like you saved the world Aang '

Even Aang couldn't stop the ending. He only made it worse. HE ONLY MADE IT WORSE!

I liked the series. and regardless of the short number of episodes I think they did a terrific job.

I feel emotionally invested in the characters, and having seen it several hours ago i am still thinking about it.

The Amon ,tarrlok death left me feeling sad,esp moreso with amon crying reunited and joyful that he and brother could start anew;
i really ended up liking both characters and was hoping there would be redemption for them both having such messed up childhoods.

feel bad for bolin. He should get a girl.

General iroh was pretty badass.

And i liked aang appearing before korra at the end.
I definitely wanted to find more about Gaang though.

Alls I can says is if you want a show that deals with oppression and doesn't take the cop out ending, watch the new Thundercats.

We're gonna find out what happened to Zuko's Mom!

With Azula! hi5

Oh yay Azula...the most overrated character of the original series. And she looks as evil as ever. Great.

What's this? The Spiritual Side is gonna get explored? You mean that thing that later Avatar works consistently ignore, except for when they need a Deus Ex Machina.

Stop being such a partypooper.

Tahno might have been one of the most pointless Avatar characters ever. They didn't do anything with him.

He was just a side character. Like The Duke or Haru's moustache.

Plus it was interesting to see him after he was Equalised.

It was...but it didn't go anywhere. Tahno shows that what Amon is doing really is wrong. He's not making benders equal by taking their bending. He's making them barely human. Tahno looked like a withered shell of a man.

But then he's just kinda forgotten about.

let's be honest, if he was mentioned/seen again, you would have just b!tched about airtime being wasted on a largely irrelevant character.

For sure. He served his purpose and then was pushed aside. It worked well.

Not really. He served a good purpose and it would have been interesting to see the show address how Amon's work wasn't really equalizing anyone.

The show has a largely irrelevant character in the form of Mako/Bolin anyway. Like Bolin but he doesn't have much to do.

The heck are you talking about? Azula is TEH AWSUMZ!!1!

But seriously how is she overrated? In what way? She's easilly one of the most interesting and complex characters of the show, best villain too. Not to mention - a character that somehow managed to kill... And go batsh1t crazy all in a show that was meant for KIDS... Azula says "fcuk censorship".

The underlined portion is in why. She's really not that interesting(she's a girl with an obvious psychological problem) and as for complex...well maybe but then again I'm not comparing her to the other characters of the show. I'm honestly too tired to think of how complex they are. I like Amon better as a villain(and Ozai to be honest because they didn't try to make him oh so sympathetic like Azula). And you can see worse in kids shows.

I liked Amon better as a villain.

But by now you should see that pretty much no-one agrees with you about Azula. You don't like her but that doesn't make her overrated. It just means that you underrate her.

I still do.

Yeah, no one really agreed with me on Mako either. Opinions are fickle. They can be swayed pretty easily. But each has their own worth.

Don't misunderstand though: I don't really have a problem with Azula. She is still one of the cooler characters. Being calm, vicious, and backstabbing. And you can tell the voice actor is having the time of her life going crazy in the role. None of that is really interesting mind you but it's entertaining as all hell.

It's when they tried to make her sympathetic that I really rolled my eyes. This is the girl who upon hearing the words "The Earth Kingdom is strong and proud" decided let's burn it all to the ground. And she honestly has not that had hard a life, especially compared to her brother, who is without a doubt the most complex character in the show. I wish they would have just not bothered because it didn't work for me. Worked on you guys? Fine, more power to you. Me? I didn't like it.
