As in, make all the other characters superfluous.
Although Avatar State already kinda did that.
Edit:
Alignment Grid for Legend of Korra:
Lawful Good: Bolin.
Neutral Good: Tenzin
Chaotic Good: Korra
Lawful Neutral: Lin
True Neutral: Asami
Chaotic Neutral: Meelo
lawful Evil: Tarrlok
Neutral Evil: Amon
Chaotic Evil: Mako.
Not sure about True Neutral for Asami though.
Not sure. Dunno alignments.
I'm just gonna say it: Amon is still my favorite Avatar villain.
For the entire series he had Korra, Tenzin, and pretty much all of Republic City on edge wondering what he would do. He was smart, pulling off several gambits against people. He was cool, calculating and very efficient.
His backstory only weakened his motivation. I have no idea how he came to the conclusion that bending was a problem but so what? Ozai was apparently human once before he became a bwahahahaha monster but I don't know why so I'll let it slide. In many ways, it makes me appreciate Amon's fighting. He could win every fight by just lolbloodbending but because of the position he is in, can't. So he uses it very subtly and it puts on a good show. He's powerful but he is limited. The face paint? Eh, he was never supposed to get in the water anyway so it's cool for me(though stupid looking). His bloodbending at the end? Eh, it was his way of rubbing it in Korra's face. The waterbending vortex? He woke up underwater. I'll buy instinct.
He also took lightning to the face. Suck it Aang.

I'll beg to differ. The biggest mystery is why there are two hot girls attracted to a guy like Mako. That and why Tenzin turned down Lin for Pema.
I can understand the relationship between Tenzin and Pema. It's a matter of opposites attract over mutual affection. Lin is a hard-ass (and I'm sure her derriere is also quite firm), taking strong and rigid stances on situations, whereas Tenzin is very much a diplomatic guy, willing to seek out the result that benefits everyone best. Earth v Air, and while I'm sure their fling was rife with all the passion volatile relationships like that can be, I don't see how he would've been able to settle down with a woman like Lin, or how such a woman can even settle down. Remember, she's the head of the police force for Republic City throughout the series, and it seems like she's been in that position for a while with no thoughts of retirement. I wouldn't be surprised if she kept going even into the elderly ages, since there's plenty of proof that old people can still bend pretty damn good.
Pema, meanwhile, was assertive when she needed to be, proven by the fact she mustered the courage to confess her love to Tenzin, but much less of a brick hou-wall than Lin. I'm not sure if the fact she was a non-bender had any meaning behind his choice, but overall Pema was just a better fit, and it's not like she's unattractive. Not the best looking, but certainly not the worst.

Though the above is mostly me joking, I will voice my legit opinion that Lin looks better in her 50's than Pema does in her mid-30's.

It's Aang.
so it turned out to be the brother of the councilman?? that was kinda lame? IDK but what happend next? will korra be end up with that guy? And will that girl turn evil because korra took her man?
they should have left it, that korra lost all her powers exccept air bending, and had to re-learn all her skills just like ang?
"You know at the beginning you're just thinking this guy is kind of a jerk but then you realize, he's kind of a villain..."
The way he said that was hilarious. haermm
