Hilarious. You should try equalizing the other characters.

I love the electro-glove, its so bad. 😉

Cute I guess. Too bad they couldn't work anything like this into the show to help flesh out both characters...not that this was a lot but Mako needed as much help as he could get.

Oh and this is what Bryke calls a sneak peak still.

These guys are dicks. Two of the most heroic and selfless people still looking sad. 👇

Bolin: Hey Asami! What's wrong?
Asami: I just found out that I was Princess Yue in a past life.
Bolin: That doesn't sound too bad.
Asami: A life directed by M Night Shyamalan.
Bolin: Oh... I see....

That's not a life. It's a waking nightmare.

Season 2 starts September 16. It's being aired on Friday nights now.

Obviously. There are spirits involved after all.

So apparently each season is going to have its own self contained story arc. This isn't necessarily bad, but it's what's going to hold it back from being as good as ATLA IMO.

For this I blame the big-wigs at Nickelodeon. I feel like their fingers are just hovering over the "canceled" button, forcing the Avatar guys to play it safe and focus on one "short" story at a time as opposed to having an epic tale told over many seasons.

We're lucky we got more than season honestly.

Clearly Nick is ready to cancel Korra at any time. Generously doubling the number of seasons was just a cover.

The Avatar team want to try and create stand alone seasons. If they wanted to create a large overarching plot like A:TLA they could do so. The profits this show can bring in speak for themselves.

What's the story behind nick wanting or willing to cancel it? The first avatar cartoon was hugely successful and the legend of Korra from what I can see has generated a good sized fan base. It's a little confusing overall to see/hear things float around about cancelations.

Sorry guys, I got confused.

It was Season 4 of ATLA that Nick didn't want and instead wanted LOK (season 4 now being released as comics) and they were apprehensive about LOK cos the lead was a girl.

Anyways, one self contained story arc per season can still be good but like I said, that may hold it back from being as great as ATLA.

Right Nick has nothing to do with this, inf act we have to thank Nick because they begged the creators to make more.

Really hope bolin gets his own episode this season.

14 episodes in a story driven series makes me think that is unlikely.

Another reason it is inferior to A:TLA.

Also the second part of Republic City Hustle shows why Bolin is the more likable of the Bending Bros. And the story seems to be headed in a direction to make him even more awesome.
