I'm enjoying the more scaled back threat and tone. It's lighter than before, and just fun.

It is nice that the villains, while formidable, can't just romp through the assembled heroes on a whim and ultimately had to retreat from that fight.

And its more about creative bending than "My super-bending is unblockable" or invincible spirits.

anyone find it weird that Ming's water doesn't evaporate? Is it simply that she has a crap ton of water compressed into the form of her arms?

the entire time i was watching that fight i was thinking, it sure it hot and her water is no worse for wear.

I won't lie, I thought the same thing when Mako's fire hit it and she still had lots of water to use.

It could be that her control is so precise that she actually takes the water vapor that is made when it's evaporated, and then cools it back down to water.

Or she keeps the water cool enough it doesn't evaporate

Hmm...I kind of expected Zaheer to pwn everyone but I guess that wouldn't make for an entertaining episode. Really hope these guys spill into the next season because they're really awesome and not sure if the creators can top this.

So...how far does this conspiracy go? I mean did nobody know about the secrettunnels the city had.

I was more thinking that Mako should have brought out the lightning against her. Try blocking that with her arms and see what happens.

Hahahah. That'd be hilarious to see. He should do that next time as he doesn't use lightning nearly enough.
