Superman has more combat speed feats than surfer. Given the nature of his character and his set of abilities his reliance on combat speed is far more apparent than in a much more versatile character like the Surfer. That does not in any way take away from the fact that Surfer has multiple legitimate displays of high level combat speed. And per forum rules, he will make use of it when needed.
Now as i said before be quiet as u know little about either character in this thread.

your scans were ok, I would accept those. but I would still argue that superman is faster in terms of combat speed. and superman is more mobile than surfer.
