Shes on a different level than Parker is. She fights heralds most of the time while Spider-Man fights metas.

Gamora has always been listed as being athletically strong, not even peak human. Captain America, Batman, Electra, Mantis, and other skillful beings have all hurt uber strong beings before. This is comics, it can happen. Spidey is more than 100x stronger than her lifting and pulling wise and more than 10x stronger striking wise.
Spidey is not only far stronger than her (he has class 100 feats for crying out loud) he is much faster, has webbing she can't break free from, and spider sense that ensures him of not ever getting hit by her in a forum fight.

Batman has hurt beings comparable to Superman in strength with his blows. Captain America has pummeled Heralds and top tiers with his strength alone too. Batman has ripped thick solid steel with his bare hands and completely pulverized giant trees with a kick.

This is an outlier. All characters have them. Either we go by Normal intended strengths or top feats strength. Spidey's top strength feats dwarfs hers.
