It also doesn't make sense to have a character constantly perform certain feats yet when they match up against someone they lose almost all of their ability based on the for the sake of the story.
That's why I prefer for a character to show an ability enough times to over rule anything that was shown in a particular comic fight that contradicts it. It can go both ways.
Lastly, strength feats are not just lifting, hitting, and pulling, but are also in the grappling of two beings. For example, if X grapples with Y and Y overpowers X then Y is stronger than X. That means all of X's strength feats are now Y's strength feats (assuming flight or no other plot device existed in the feats). This is also assuming X was using all his might and not holding back any.

U make an ass out of u and me. Don't ASSUME. I have a couple of comics with Gamora. None show her with fantastic speed feats. Now of course one needs to actually TRY to find speed feats in her respect thread since her feats aren't categorized and there are mostly NO speed feats there. Why don't you make me look like an idiot and find me a few awesome speed feats there. Otherwise, you are making your own self look bad.
Spidey all the way (although Gamora can win some).
1. He's faster
2. Has early warning SS
3. Has webbing to slow opponent down
4. Has better agility for increased ability to evade attacks and maneuver to attack.
Gamora
1. Is stronger (doesn't matter if she doesn't land a blow)
2. Is more skilled (doesn't matter if Spidey is faster with Pre-Cog)
