I liked the last episode which is good, because the few before that were pretty lame.

^ It was a good episode.

Win.

Awesome. Now if only the can somehow get Bill into the movies...

wtf did i just watch, did ms.marvel match hulk in a mercy match?

^ Lol Yep! And then she beat him up! They really have pussified Hulk this season! If they're not careful Carver will boycott the show!

Just seemed like "new character syndrome", like when Capt was basically beating the rest of the Avengers by himself.

That's what I thought before I saw the last episode. But this was her 3rd episode now.

Just in general if we see the way Hulk was portrayed last season against the like of Graviton and Ultron, then he defo seems very pussified this season.

Might change later though when there's a more Hulk centered episode.

Yeah, Hulk isn't nearly as impressive this season. But honestly, I'm not that bothered. And if they are pushing Ms. Marvel to be the new heavy hitter that's cool as I am a fan of hers.

Which episode did Ms. Marvel beat Hulk in?

Newest episode. She was able to physically match Hulk and then put him on down with an energy blast.

Ha! Ms Marvel Strongest there is!

sure it'll change when Red Hulk shows up

Okay, having just watched that episode in question, I can honestly say I saw no issue with it.

Ms. Marvel briefly held her ground against Hulk, who caused her to buckle and the floor she was standing on to splinter and crack. She then tapped into her energy powers and knocked him back with it after her aura flared up. To me, that's not the same as out-muscling Hulk, not by a longshot. Her initial blast also hit Hulk, but did nothing really to him outside of get him pissed. The comment about her file saying she was "about as tough as Thor and almost as strong as Hulk" is also nothing to get up in arms over. Given the way she's portrayed, it seems like when she's under duress or upon absorbing considerable quantities of energy, she gets a boost in power, which to me, sounds like the writers' attempt at hinting at her approaching Binary levels if anything.

And that's without considering we haven't had a Hulk-centric episode as of yet, as well.

To put this simplier Hulk was at his base level of strength and the strength/durability statement is an exaggeration.

It's not just that scene though.

It's that scene on top of him getting tooled by Ronan (who Ms. Marvel defeated) and pretty much not one decent showing of him so far this season.

Hulk's not been doing a good job as being the team's heavyweight in Thor's abscence. So far Ms Marvel has done that job much more convincingly.

Ms. Marvel was also made to look like a bit of a newbie when she was fighting that monster though.

Yea, Hulk has been getting his ass kicked a lot this season compared to the previous one.

It seemed like Thor got worfed the most last season (He made it up most of the time) but now with him off the team, the next biggest power house has no choice but to get beat up some.

Not worry though, I'm sure when Thor comes back he'll his share of low showings giving Hulk some more opportunity to shine.

Ms. Marvel has been very beastly so far though. She's basically a female Thor but with energy based powers instead of Mjolnir/Thunder God stuff.

Sucks I have to wait for today's episode to be uploaded in order to watch it.

Beta Ray Bill debuts. 🙁

Back to Carol, though, she does seem to be getting a push, which is fine by me as she should be Marvel's Wonder Woman equivalent all things considered and with the recent push in the world of comics, I can only assume her stock is going to rise in the eyes of the House of Ideas, anyway.

Decent episode. The show so far hasn't reached the heights of last season. So far its been... decent.

I wish this show would do something similar to what justice league did. Recognize that not every threat needs every member of the team and have some of the guys on the lower end take care of the threat. It's a good feat for guys like cap/black panther/iron man to take out someone out of their ballpark than to have to see hulk and thor job to everyone.

Agreed. The last episode was rather disappointing. Which is unfortunate as it's based on some great comics.
