Turns out that some episodes have been aired in Australia. Luckily for those impatient the episodes have made it to Youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kqW9lfgvg4Q&feature=BFa&list=UUINKRoD4m4rFKIEnH5TnEEQ
Ok, I got through all of them.
Spoiler:
The Skrull Invasion had great build-up, but I feel that it could have had a better pay off. It was pretty damn rushed and felt easy. The slow silent take over was great and then.... Thor shows up and kicks all their asses. The Skrulls lost waaaaay too easily, in what amounted to just a straight-up fight. They only had about 1 ship that Thor took out right away. Kang's invasion was done on a larger scale and felt like a bigger threat and the only reason he invaded was to stop the Skrulls!I blame Loeb for this though. His retard decision to finish up the arcs and make the episodes standalone clearly made them rush the storylines. And it shows. but Ultron in the newest episode gives me hope for more awesomeness, even if the episode itself was pretty mediocre.

Duh, it is Kang, of course he is better.
Saw the episodes, they are better than some of the Avengers arcs we've seen in comics, the only valid complain I have is that the last season was superior, but again, it was quite good so this one is not really all that bad.
Despite how quickly and badly finished it seemed, the Secret Invasion here was actually better than the one in comics. (Barring Sacred Invasion, Herc is awesome)
