Not when the intent is to show him as gritty and pissed off. The point of that comic was to deconstruct the 1990s deconstruction of the superhero mythos.

^ Sentry spent most of the WWH story whining and sulking in his apartment. It took all his willpower to muster up the confidence to get out of the house and challenge Hulk and it almost made him lose complete control and go crazy-er. The guy is a total peen any way you slice it.
