2 brass frogs. (Wakanda's version of time machines, yes they have time machines) They can take anyone from any point in time. T'Challa from ten years in the future who is dying from a brain disease and barely able to stand gets transported into the present. Xcon. They have made use of the frogs to summon the president of the USA and the Prime Minister of Canda from like 6 seconds in the future and mind controlled them. They took over North America. White Wolf and the Hatut Zeraze slaughtered Xcon and took over. Black Panther sends Gyrich to Stark and gives him false documents that say that BP owns ABC electronics which supplies all stuff for Stark and Avengers Mansion. Star realizes that it's some kind of a message from T'Challa (since Stark knows that he himself owns ABC). That's how Panther tried to warn Stark that he may also be controlled (and summoned from the future). During all of the mess, there's a fight and T'Challa uses his daggers and special wavelength and stuff (Panther's done his homework on Stark) to shut down Iron Man's force field allowing his anti-metal claws to attack him (seemingly, though it was later revealed that Iron Man was playing along to a degree). Black Panther had donated 300 dump trucks to a small country that produced gravelberries. The stock went up and Panther using gravelberries managed to do a hostile takeover of Stark Enterprises. Technically, Panther temporarily took over Stark's company with graverberries and one phone call. He did that only for one reason. To get a negator pack (the thing that Iron Man used on all of his villains who had Star tech in their armors during Armor Wars) from the vault of Stark Enterprises. Stark got his company back soon, though. T'Challa explains to Stark why he did it all. He tried to warn him that White Wolf/Xcon might try to summon him seconds from the future and mind control him and he could never be sure if he was controlled. That's why he did it all just in case (took a Negator Pack). T'Challa still couldn't be sure if that was the mind controlled few-seconds-from-future Stark or not, so he gases him and goes with his own future version to send the president and prime minister future doubles back to their time. That gased Stark actually was not the mind controlled Stark and a few-seconds-from-future controlled Stark comes out, taking a special suit designed to fight Panther that is immune to his vibranium anti-metal. So it's mind controlled Stark with special armor vs Black Panther. They fight long and hard (Panther's main weapon is a household cleaner). Panther tricks him with a Negator Pack which was revealed to be only a ruse (an empty shell) and Panther takes Iron Man out with a cryptograph. He fights the future version in air, his own turf, but almost died himself. It was revealed that under the costume was Panther's own future version (the dying one who was barely able to stand). Anyway, Panther predicted almost everything (a great showing for Stark, too as he was also pulling the strings... kinda). You probably didn't understand what I said here, but just read it for yourself. Did I make sense? No, I didn't.

So BP shows some bravado and cleverness, doesn't mean that he is smarter than Stark. He spends more time scheming and planning while Tony tries to be the boyscot. That doesn't mean he is superior than him in intellect

He outsmarts him like 4-6 times in the first batch, outwits him in the next two, is at least equal to him scientifically (As stark HIMSELF said he always wondered why T'challa never built a suit like his, says something for the respect of T'challa's mind Tony has for it) and he is better at Prep then tony as he defeated Iron Man in a suit that Tony built to take down T'challa.
Tony Stark built a Suit Primarily for taking down Black Panther. Usually Stark makes suits for Thor, or Hulk, but T'challa, geesh. T'challa must have something Tony is afraid of, and it sure isn't strength.
T'Challa is more clever
T'Clalla is the better planner
They are at least equal in scientifically
T'Challa's mind>Stark.
Question: Was it Stryfe or Apocalypse who invented the legacy virus? And did BP invent the time machines or are they just Wakandan?

Well, it originally existed in two forms, Legacy-1 and Legacy-2, but later mutated into a third form, Legacy-3.
The Legacy Virus was based on a virus created by Apocalypse in the distant future, which was intended to kill the remaining non-mutants. At the time that this alternate version of Apocalypse was killed, the virus had not been perfected, and much like Legacy-3, it targeted all humans indiscriminately. As a result, this virus was never deployed, until Stryfe acquired it and altered it for his own purposes.

Reed gave up on magic. Doom studied and mastered magic.
Reed builds tech as he needs it. Doom has the presence of mind to invent offensively and wear his tech.
Reed has a large company. Doom runs a country.
