Considering that stark built some armor specifically to take out BP and BP still beat him with his own tech means that they are by no means equal scientifically.

Well, did you actually read how he aquired his tech, the whole jumping back and forth into future thing, taking over tonys company and such.

The smartest DC (or possibly Marvel) characters ever, would be either Batman 1M or Superman 1M IMO.
