Bruce probably has the highest broad intelligence in comics. Tony tends to actually build better tech then he does though.

Batman is so smart that his tech beat the JLA, and Actually pwned Apok and turned it into a Giant Brother eye.

i thought it was someone else who design batman equipment...i could be wrong cuz i don't like batman that much and i don't know much about him..and tony design everything himself..

Lets put it like this, Batman with prep took out the JLA, IM can't handle the hulk... its a no brainer

I'd attribute that to plot devices, easy to take people out when you know their weaknesses and have the element of surprise on your side. (That's probably why writers gave JLA members weaknesses to balance out their power).

Hulk is a bit of a different animal, he may not be MM or Supes in power but he's a physically durable tank with a healing factor, he doesn't have easily exploitable weaknesses.

And my vote goes to Supes (yeah I'm a bit of a fanboy) but his mental capacity tramps all these guys.

but is more well rounded in science but tony has him beat in physics and engineering.

Would love to add Thanos to the mix, i've seen him use brains over brawn alot, but not sure if its fare cause he's a cosmic being.
