Nova and Puck. These two are underrated because no one really reads about them or collect their comics that they are in. There are bigger names and teams that they hide in their shadows. Now, if they were on big name teams then they might get better status if more fans want to read about them, also the writers would give more respect to them.
DS gets effected by PIS way too much and Hulk uses PIS to make people job a lot.

All joking aside, most characters are rated about where they should be in a KMC PIS free enviornment. It's just that some characters have 4-5 people on here that wank hard for them, thus giving an impression that they are overrated.
These are the ppl that turn what probably should be a 4-5 page thread into a 40 page thread.

The only difference is, Hulk is as much a pop culture icon and is a fan-favorite. And you throw two fan-favorites against each other and people start looking for any excuse to act like there's some distinction.
Hulk has hundreds of fights against all sorts of foes. People look at the highest levels of energy projection one-dimensionally and assume auto-win. People look at the highest levels of superspeed one-dimensionally and assume auto-win. People assume the highest levels of magic one-dimensionally and assume auto-win. People look at the highest levels of telepathy one-dimensionally and assume auto-win. People look at the highest levels of durability one-dimensionally and assume auto-win.
People look at the highest levels of strength and what do they assume?
