The most underrated...

I think Storm is underrated here. Mostly because of 2damnloud.

I actually like Storm because she has a powerset so open its beautiful. Creative powersets like that are far in between and rarely as temathic -Metamorpho, Hank Hawksmoor are among the few matching it-.
