you of all ppl can relate i mean come on... chocolate and some one else wanting it.at least i gave it to him and apologized.
Someone just asking for chocolate is different than someone asking for it because they're diabetic and their blood sugar is low. Refusing that isn't just mean, it's being a dick for no reason. People can die from that.
I might just be bitter, though. My brother nearly died from diabetic ketoacidosis earlier this year.

If he'd died...woulda been your fault, the worse part of it is you didn't give to him cause you felt bad for him or anything, but because you liked that girl and you were afraid he would tell her that you're a d!ck. He may never have had chance if he'd died cuz you hadn't given him the chocolate bar that he needed to live.

I don't like chocolate. And I can not relate, really, I'd offer much more than a chocolate bar I don't even want, to a person truly in immediate need.

You mean "moot" and it isn't moot necessarily. If nothing changed in your behavior and thought it would be immensely dangerous for a possible next person to be in the situation if they didn't luck out and you had a crush on some random girl they might tattle on.
Now, I assume it wasn't that dangerous for him, at a soccer practice he'd probably have gotten something somehow, but not giving it to him immediately after he explained was just not a decent, human thing to do.

If you were in a restaurant and a man next to you started choking, and you knew the heimlech maneuver, would you help him?
