If he can handle the telekinesis of ROTS Vader, just fine. Bastila's only real potent Force showing is on a powerful dark side nexus. I'd not convinced she'd be so overwhelming on neutral terrain to such a degree Kenobi couldn't handle it.
Frankly though if the velocity of Kenobi's form is leaving an unprepared Dooku afraid to attack, I don't see him giving her much or any opportunity to use them.
