Power: Candace is of the fencist race. A race that is especially advanced in energy and heavily focused on magicks. So to put it together she's a super mage, that uses magicks and energy magicks. Candace is a mega fencer.
Fencer Phase(Normal, minus the wand):

Can use stronger elemental magicks in rapid succession. Also can use triple cast.
Mega Fencist:
Can cast magic without moving a muscle, other than the brain. Magick attacks are extremely heightened. Candace get much faster. Almost super speed. Also gains ability triple cast. Candace will use triplecast+rapidcasting to trap enemies into defensive mode.
Gains buff magics(Healing, attk boost, etc.)
Weapons/Gadgets: Charm around her neck that highly enhances magic power.
Occupation: Bounty Hunter.
Bio: While she was little Candace lived a happy life with her parents and sister. Her mom taught her how to do magic, and her dad was the head fencist in all of Giraglia. One day an evil witch named Twisted, came and destroyed the kingdom single-handed. She destroyed buildings and all just to get revenge at Candace's father, for banishing her years ago. Candace was still little, so she hid and was the only fencist, NOT killed. Candace found her mothers, and fathers magic book, and used it for many years, training, and practicing to get ready for retaliation. Years later she found and killed Twisted, gaining the title of mega fencist. Now, she goes around the world collecting money for finding or killing wanted people, even if they were not criminals. Many say she's an assasin, but she rather calls herself a bounty hunter...

Weapons/Gadgets: Agony - Black sword which drains the life forces of those it touches...
