I guess because of statements like Aizen saying he's stronger than all the Espada combined.
If someone of Aizen's level can take them all down, then if Diana can handle the top one or two people easily enough, the lessers shouldn't be that big a deal, right?
Or at least that's the chain of thought that could happen.

well maybe he is the most famous but to be honest he is just one dude that can fight her physically (well atleast i believe that). The others are um less famous of known or liked. But IMO the other chracters have far more exotic powers that would due in WW. Why fight WW on her terms (fist fight) when characters got alot of weird crazy shit they can do to incapacitate or kill her.
Its been a while since I watched bleach but I believed if
Szayel get killed and at least has skin to skin contact with his enemy. He can basically get reborn out of his attacker (kinda gross).
Ulquiorra - powerful fast and has goon energy projection but imo not great enough to harm WW alone. But if WW gets distracted by the other 12 ppl I would say it would hurt alot. But yeah you can look it up on you tube of his attacks.
don't know much about Stark, Barragan, i never seen him in action.
Mayuri - just has a shit ton of poisen and gas. WW might be able to spin around and push it away. but I seen Mayuri use some kind of strange poisen that can literally slow down an opponent to a point where time basically doesn't move for them and they are stuck. BUt yeah idk he seems like he could be fairly dangerous is WW doesn't just rip his head off from the start.
Aizen not sure what his power is but but basically he can **** up anyone on this list with zero effort and I'm not really sure how he does it. They never really explain it but he just owns everyone I ever saw him fight with a single stroke and basically look like he barely put a thought into it.

Yea, Quicksilver hasn't done all that, but as for WW's ability to handle them...
Nukes can be dealt with, and also prevent most lesser ones from being nearby (toss 'em around and only a few opponents'd be left standing for her). Clone goop will be hard to connect with and is done by one of the easiest to take out, making it easy to counter. Aging aura won't work due to immortality. Building slicing sword slashes... well, it's WW, so hardly a decisive attack. The higher ground thing is just auto stab, she can take some major stabs and keep going (she heals fast for one), the poison's not unavoidable for someone of her speed (she could get out of the radius or simply dive into the ground), she can fight people like Flash and Zoom while blind on touch alone so that'd work in her favor since everyone but Tosen would have to step back, I don't think anyone in Bleach has shown near her strength and Kensei showed enough force can overcome them, and she has an object of absolute truth with her at all times to break the illusions.
Also they have little to no teamwork or group tactics to speak of, and WW's a good tactician who's skilled at using enemies against each other and figuring out who to take out fast.

2. First off she has her bracers. Second off the whole "Wonder Woman is susceptible to piercing and cutting damage" is something of an exaggeration/myth.
3. She's not immortal in the sense that Mr Immortal or DCAU Vandal Savage are. She's immortal in the sense that she doesn't age.
So as a synopsis:
The WW argument is that she just blitzes and one shots all 13 of them in the first few seconds
whereas,
The Bleach argument is that they have a myriad of abilities at their disposal, including time slow, darkness projection, and voodoo dolls, which, when used in conjunction, can nullify that speed advantage and take Diana out?
Hmm...
Do any of these Bleach characters have any soul manipulation or extraction abilities? Or conventional telekinesis?
