But he still depends on The Presence. The Presence is the only creator. Everything in DCU is his energy. Others that are creating depend on how much The Presence empowers them.
So The Presence is the only true creator of all dimensions.

And who is this Primal Monitor?

Synnar has been given that position in the mainstream DCU actually.

Exactly.
The Presence is the creator of all dimensions, he just gave position and power to Synnar to carry the job.

My memory of PR Beyonder was that he DEF had Supreme-being power level (based on how he was portrayed against and interacted with the high abstracts) but crappy durability. 😄

Even if we go and say that he had such power, he still wasn't The Supreme Being.

I don't know what your definition of "crappy durability" is, but imo "taking a blast that could destroy billions of dimensions unharmed" isn't it.

His durability was usually all over the place (to my memory) like when he was hurt by the Phoenix (dont recall the instance, but I remember him falling when hit by Rachel). To be fair, tho. His top end feats was also way up there.

No his durability was not all over the place.

The instance you are referring too was when she gave back the power he lent her and then some. Pretty impressive feat for her seeing as how that was the only time I can remember that he went down.

It was a psychic attack and it only momentarily affected him.

Here is Satanus view point on what happened with Emperor Joker.

He gave her a small portion, yes. Nonetheless, even a small portion of his own power shouldn't have affected him as much as that as why would he give her sufficient power to hurt him that much to achieve anything when his power alone is VASTLY higher than anything and everything that can be found in the MU?

And, yes, that was the instance where I gauged his durability being crappy in relation to his overall power. 😛 Could call it PIS if you want.

He supposedly gave her enough "juice" to elevate her to her mother's level of power when she wielded the PF. That's a HELL OF A LOT. She was the only being that ever took him down like that. All the abstracts and cosmics never dared approach him. He was swatting Celestials like insects and he wasn't really trying to hurt them.

He was hit with everything the FULL PF had. And it still only dropped him. It didn't kill him or KO him. That's not crappy durability at all.

EDIT : I"m going to try to find the issue and post the scan.

That was like the only time he got hurt though. And the whole time he was limiting himself anyway.

^ iirc, it was only stated that Beyonder was limiting himself against Alpha Flight (SW II #4), and Dr. Strange (a tie-in to SW II #5.) It was not stated that he was holding back during his confrontation with Phoenix (which occurred around SW II #8.)

^^^^ True. I guess it depends on if you think he stopped limiting himself or keep on doing so. It wasn't outright stated one way or the other.

How can you fail to understand the point of the "Pre-Retcon" qualifier?

He was limited by inhabiting a body. In SWII #2, he says that he has to go from having an infinite number of dimensions, to only having three.

Even his limited body laughed off a 1000+ dimension slagging blast but fell before Rachel. Sure he wasn't KOed or anything but that's still a nice little feat. Seeing as how he was written to be more powerful than any being ever in Marvel.

Even a minor temper tantrum from him wrecked multiverse wide destruction (shown on panel).

There simply is no fight. It was shown on panel that they and many many other cosmics were no match against the PR Beyonder.

I'm guessing Colossus is arguing that there is no point discussing this PR Beyonder business because its been retconned, re-retconned and re-re-retconned to death.
