Hero High 3: A New World

"Aight lil bro" Jordan said while waiting for any word on what was going on down stairs

The ramp to the et lowered inside the cool metallic hanger. “Welcome back home guys” Janet spoke out while turning off the last of the jet’s controls. She spun around in her chair to ace the others. She still hadn’t been able to figure out what on earth had caused that surge in psychic energy.

The doors of the hanger slid open allowing Katt to walk in. She made her way to the jet not knowing exactly what to expect. Tori had went over as many details as she possibly could without really knowing what was going on herself. Her senses had picked up on Naomi’s scent instantly. Daniel’s on the other had wasn’t familiar. “ I see we have guest. Welcome back home Naomi, and you I don’t know but welcome. So Tori said we’d need all hands on deck in the medical bay. She’s there with a few healing and tech based students.” Katt paused for a moment. Liam scent has present also but he was nowhere in sight. Nor was Leon. “Correct me if I’m wrong but a 6 strike force members left , I see 5,you cam back with Naomi, so why do I smell Leon and Liam but don’t see them?”

The lurking mass of energy gently swept pass the others. Once at the hanger door it entered the code to open the door with it telekinesis. Once the door opened Katt turned around to see no one there. Dismissing it as a glitch she turned back around to find out where Leon and Laim where.

The energy continued to make it’s way to the training room. This would be the best source of energy for it to maintain a physical form.

"Hey guys. Its good to be back. I can already see that a lot of stuff has changed. Namely, the entire school." Naomi was already impressed with what she saw and she was only in the hangar. Thanks to her rapid healing powers, she was well rested and full of energy. "And Liam and Leon are in the back." A that, she went off to help Tech and Blayze get their stuff of the jet.

Andrew walked up to Tori. "There's a lot to discuss after Strike Force is back up and running. Potential new members; potential returning members; people probably trying to kill us. Stuff like that. But lets get everyone fixed up and rested first."

“Well Ben is still gone on his trip to where ever he went of to and we havn’t a clue when he’s coming back so are we gonna talk about this without him? Other than that I guess it would be wise to expand the team since I’m not at all surprised about people trying to kill us. Anyway your right. As for now let’s get these kids taken care of. We’ll need to run a few test or scans on each of you. Was anyone infected by the Hive or anything special we’ll need to know about before we being to start healing? “ Tori asked with her arms folded wondering what did Andrew mean by people trying to kill them.

"None of us were," Andrew replied. He was lining up a few stretchers for everyone who was still out, which included Uriah, Liam and Leon. Caleb was awake now and he was helping empty the jet of all of the equipment. Tech said that it could be set anywhere and he and Blayze would take it to their lab later.

"We're headed to the med bay," Andrew said as he and Simon took Naomi with them to the med lab as the three of them transported the three unconscious boys to the healers. Caleb followed them with Daniel in tow on a stretcher when he saw that the man was bleeding from his injuries.

Just outside the med bay, everyone was tossed every which way. The entire hallway rocked and the door to the room was knocked off. "What the hell was that," Simon asked as he was getting up off the floor.

Andrew was getting Leon back on the stretcher, as were Caleb, Naomi and Simon doing for Daniel, Liam and Uriah. Mr. Smith and Clara, one of the student healers, hurried out of the room to help everyone. "I was afraid this would happen," Andrew said.

"Due to his unconscious state, I believe that Leon's powers are out of his control. I'm not sure how accurate I am in assuming this but this is one of two things. The other being that it has something to do with that armor on his arm."

"Well have you tried to get it off," Clara asked looking at the metal.

Andrew nodded his head. "It seems to be bonded to the two boys."

"It was originally a nano suit of armor for Liam," Caleb explained. "When Janet and Lance found them, they both were encased in a sphere of it. Then when we were on the jet, it did some freaky stuff and separated into this." He was gesturing to the two boys. Some other healers were already working on Daniel and Uriah.

"I'll get some of my students on it," Mr. Smith mused. He seemed to be extremely impressed with the metal.

"Thanks," Andrew sighed. "And let us know what you find as soon as you can."

"Will do." Mr. Smith took off his glasses with an intense look.

"Oh," Simon interjected, "we'll also get someone in here to fix the door as well."

"That would be greatly appreciated, Mr. Raynard." And with that, Mr. Smith waved them all off.

Andrew looked at the group. "We're gonna have a meeting in about an hour. Caleb, could you take Naomi to the office so we can get her and Daniel a room. That way, everyone can get themselves cleaned up."

Caleb saluted him and he led Naomi away. He looked at Simon. "You can go, too. I'll tell the others in the hangar."

Simon nodded and stepped into Andrew's shadow and disappeared. Andrew let out a long and tired sigh and walked back towards the hangar.

Blayze walking to catch up to andrew after the "perhaps the the nano suits developed a symbiotic quality to them... nanites has been known to get out of hand like htat" he stated tryign to be helpful

Hitosu started to slowly come around his body however did felt heavy he could barely move he slowly went back to sleep since his body was still acting weird so it was only natural for him to get back sleep. * I expended so much aura and I couldn't sleep with that jerk intruding in my head but I can't believe what I overheard when Wraith and Pintar was talking, Pintar is my half-brother!!. Thats what he meant in those vision that me and him are so much alike but it can't be there's no way*. Hitosu started to nod off his eyes shut close and then he blacked out.

Bonnie tries to walk past lance and she stumbles, still weakened from the effort of making the tower, when she sat on the jet so long it made her weakness set in fully.

Rock blinks at her some unsure what to say since she pretty much fell on Lance "How is she going to the meeting" she asks

Sam stepped off the jet still tired and in much need of a shower, the healer walked out with the teachers and stayed silently behind Andrew and heard they were to meet in one hour. After Simon left she did as well, although she didn't have the energy to teleport. Sam walked across campus not minding the walk back, she was able to see a few of her class friends walking around during passing period and seeing the school was still in one piece and untouched by the slime was a relief. Sam got to her room and quickly started a shower, after she was washed up she threw on a rope and wrapped a towel over her wet hair then plopped on her comfy bed, she had a few minutes to relax before they had to meet again and she was going to take them.

Daniel woke up to being pushed in a stretcher, he sat up quickly flailing his good arm trying to get who ever was pushing him to stop. He felt so embarrassed that he fainted like that on the jet, "It's okay guys I can walk now," Daniel says tying to get up off the stretcher and noticing his arm wasn't broken anymore.

Zero turned away from Hunter when he smiled to hide her own, she felt like a sucker for having such feelings for a guy she hadn't seen in so long. She walked out the door leading to the boys dorm room and stayed quite for a moment before speaking, "Yeah It's good to see you too. Last time I remember seeing you is when I won that race and made you go on that date with me, it seemed so long ago and very dumb," she said allowing a laugh to escape.

Hunter's pulse was racing for some reason. His palms were getting sweaty, and all of this was making him seem uncool. He reluctantly stuffed his free hand into his pocket, and laughed with Zero, getting a better vision of that day. A lot had happened in that day; things no one could have predicted. Hunter nodded. "Well it wasn't that stupid... At least we had a good time...for a little while." He laughed again, suddenly getting a great idea, that could break the tension between them. "Hmmm.. How about we have a rematch? I've been off training, and I think I can beat you.."

Hunter flashed a cocky smile at her. Soon they would approach his room, and he would take a key from his pocket, sticking it into the door. Hunter opened it, and looked inside. "Looks a little different I guess. Also seems a little empty... So that means I have no room-mate? That's great!" He nodded, satisfied with his new room. Hunter turned the lights on, and threw his bags on the ground. He focused his attention back on Zero. "About that race.... If you agree to it, we can make it interesting again. Same bet, of course..." He smiled. "Whaddya say?"

"A race uh?" Zero thought about it for a second and shook her head no, "it would be unfair, I have gotten extremely faster since the last time we've met. Not trying to be cocky or anything but maybe a fight?" she suggested with a smile. "Last time we fought it was interrupted and besides that I want to test out my melee against you, as you can see the school wont let me carry my swords anymore." she patted her hips to show they were sword-less. "Well if you don't mind...we can have the same bet as we did last time."

Hunter rubbed his chin. "A fight, eh? Sounds good." He walked out of his room, and closed the door, locking it behind him and Zero. "So where would we have this fight?" Hunter just stood thinking about what the outcome would be. He was proficient in close ranged combat, even without using his abilities, but then again, Zero was also, and she had a good amount of speed, to confuse her opponent. It would be good for him anyway, even if he lost. He never fought a much smaller, and much quicker opponent than himself, and he needed experience in fighting in all kinds of situations. This was a good chance.

Zero had her usual cocky smile now, she didn't know much about feelings and stuff like that but she knew fighting. "Tomorrow, we'll get a teacher to supervise." she said then spun pass Hunter toward the door. "Right now I have to do something before tonight" she paused in thought for a moment, "Meet me out in back of the dorm rooms at ten tonight, well if you think your up to some sneaking around" she smiled then started to vibate and phased though the locked door not waiting for his reply, she knew he would show he couldn't have changed that much.

Well Zero was in the boys dorm she figured it would be a good idea to check on her technopathic friend. She had met him over the summer and found out he was going to to hero high. He was a floor under Hunter so it didn't take too long to get to his dorm, Zero knocked, "Hey, Zach you home?" she said waiting. It wasn't long before a tall boy with messy hair opened the door, "Oh it's you huh...?" Zach said scratching the back of his head, "well come in, I have what you wanted." he walks back to his part of the room, the floor was covered with tech junk that Zero had never seen before. "try not to step on anything, I misplaced an explosive device some where around here" Zack said cooly. Zero raised a brow, "Right, so where is the stuff?" she asked. Zach stepped over his clutter to a desk that was also cluttered with junk. The technopath picked up a box filled with gadgets and walked back to Zero handing it over to her then reached in the box and grabbed a set of goggles. "I know you don't need help with your night vison being a cat feral and all but it will allow me to see what you see, night and heat vision is just a bonus." Zero smirked, "Sure but you could always come with" she replied. Zach held up his hands and shrugged, "some people are made to be in the field and others behind a desk." he said with a half smile. "Heh...yeah, whatever. Thanks for this." Zach nodded and went back to work on a gadget. Zero walked out the door and it shut behind her. "wait how am I su

Hunter shook his head and smirked. "Sure, but I get dangerously strong at night.." He winked at her just before she disappeared from sight. His hunger quickly returned, after Zero was off his mind. "Okay, gotta find food." Hunter stood, rubbing his chin. He was trying to remember where the Cafe was, and then it struck him. "Great! I can finally eat!" Hunter took off, speeding towards the Cafe. He had spotted a few familiar faces along the way, but none of the faces caught his attention enough to stop him from getting some food. Besides, how could he fight Zero on an empty stomach? As he was running, he spotted a small training field. It caused him to stop in his tracks, and more memory flooded into his mind. He started remembering the other students he used to talk with. "Hmmm. I wonder where Sam, and Hitosu are? Heh.. It'll be fun meeting with them again... But first I need to eat!" Hunter took off again, never looking back.

Hitosu Awoken again and let out a huge yawn "Man what time is it I feel like I was out for days". Hitosu was bandaged up from a small cut to his cheek to his forearm bandaged completely "Well I hope everyone is ok". He got up from the bed and headed to his room since he was the only one in his room he took a quick shower and slipped into one of his weighted Yukata's and left for the cafeteria " I don't remember the last day since I have eaten heh go figure". Hitosu went on line ready for his meal

Okazu awoke from his bed seeing Bushido already awake "Morning Bushido "what are you doing up so Early" Okazu asked with much confusion in his eyes

"Well i'm up at this hour i always wake up early I guess its in my nature" Bushido said to Okazu

Okazu stomach started to growl "Well im rushing out for some food are you coming Bushido"

"Wait for me!" Bushido said running after Okazu

Hitosu finally got some food and sat on a table all on his own "Hmm I don't see Sam or the anywhere I hope there ok".

DJ stood in his shower rethinking the events of the night before. He was so drained that he had tossed his uniform on the bathroom floor. Weird enough his roommate wasn’t in their room which was counted as a blessing since he didn’t really feel like talking about it. After turning off the water he tossed on some jeans, a pair of shoes and a tightly fitting t shirt.

“Training session has begun. Course level 12.Set normal settings for team Andrew ,Ben, Katt, Blyze, Bonnie. Course Lost City attack.” Ms. Simon turned around to see the training room in full operation with out a sign of anyone inside it. The room shifted from it’s metallic setting into a African savannah like setting. Energy beams and blast were all targeting the center of the room causing a small explosion.

“Course complete” The computer announced. Ms. Simon was trying her best to see what could have caused the computer to start up such a session on it’s own. After the smoke cleared the image of a familiar being stood in the middle of the training room.
“My God.” Ms. Simon whispered to herself at the sight of the fallen hero known as Aaron who was making his way toward the control room of the training room.

Sam had too much on her mind to relax for too long, she didn't know what to think, why had the slimes attack only club thunder and why most of the infected supers. Sam sighed hopefully her questions would be answer at the meeting, in the mean time she would get something to eat. Sam put on a some skinny jeans and a red fitted shirt and threw on a black hoody also so comfy but cool Chuck's. She left the room and headed out for some food, hopefully she would get to talk to some one before the meeting. Sam got her food and headed to the tables to eat and maybe socolize a bit.

Hunter grinned widely as his eyes gazed upon the cafe before him. "Finally made it!" He opened the doors, taking on the cool air that circulated throughout the room. Hunter took off his sun glasses, and placed them on the collar of his shirt. He walked over to buffet line, and grabbed a tray. It had been a while since he was putting food on a tray. When he was away, Hunter had gotten used to getting home cooked meals mostly everyday, but it seemed he could no longer have that luxury.

All in all, he just wanted food. After getting what he wanted, he grabbed a drink from the vending machine, and turned around to face the tables, where multiple kids were sitting. Hunter wanted to make it seem as if he had not left at all, and to do so he would need to get his sociable status back. As he was walking to go sit with a select group of kids whom he used to talk to at lunch a while back, Hunter noticed a familiar face also heading towards a different table. He stopped and thought before realizing it was Sam. Hunter smirked, and nodded. As she sat down at a table, he would sit directly across from her at the same table. "This seat taken?"

Hitosu's aura sensed someone familiar he targeted Sam and another familiar student that he has not seen in a while Hitosu got up and sat down next to Sam "hey Sam how are your injuries".

Sam sat down and was about to start eatting when Hunter sat down across from her, she put down her fork with chinese food and looked up at the boy and nodded. "oh hey, long time no see, how have you been?" she said with a smile. Sam was about to take a bite of her food when Hitosu joined them, she once again put her fork down. "Hey Hit, I'm alright but I haven't healed myself yet or recieved any healing from any one else. But it's alright the injuries remind me I'm not invincible, anyways how are you doing, you were out for awhile."

Hunter wasn't too fond of Sam's reaction to seeing him, but there was nothing he could do about it. Seconds later it would slip his mind. He then saw Hitosu sit down and greeted him also. "So you two are dating or something? That's cool, but did I hear you have injuries? I guess you two made Strikeforce... Did you have a recent 'top secret' mission or whatever?" The last time he was here, Hunter wanted to join Strikeforce, but he never got in, on account of him using a deadly move in the tournament. He acted like he didn't care, but he did. Now that he was back, he didn't care about joining Strikeforce nearly as much as before. They were too mainstream for a cool guy like himself, or so he thought. Hunter wanted to join a cooler, more seclusive group where he wouldn't be restricted.
