Matter/DNA manipulation, intangibility, mass alteration (becoming too small for Goku to interact with, then growing inside Goku's body), taking the fight astral, putting a mental suggestion in Goku's head so that he is to calm and happy to fight, etc.

Majority of those things, piccolo can do. Matter manipulate, change his size and structure... dbz characters can become intangible as well which was shown when burta and jeice was fighting goku...astral plane, I agree with, making goku calm... naah, that's not working. Babidi was more powerful than his fatherand his father created a universal threat, buu. Well babadi couldn't even take control of vegeta but he was able to mind wipe someone like dabora who is more powerful than cell, a solar system buster... so naah, I don't think mental attacks will work.

Show me thor busting planetoids with his fist. I am pretty familiar with thor and this has never happened. The only thing you could really use that is similar to this is when thor wrecked earths moon and used the "odin force" to recreate it which isn't his power since he had the odin force at his disposal.
Show me a punching feat please... you can easily bring up him punching beta ray out of orbit but he was amped for that and that wouldn't even be impressive since captain ginyu was casually punching frieza henchmen out of orbit.
