I'd say SSJ2 would give Supes a good 50:50 run, and SSJ3 and SSJ4 would beat him more consistently. Gogeta/Vegito would be overkill in my opinion.
I personally think an SS2 would lose slightly but yeah for the most part i think we are on the same page.
People IMO think they are too low but carver believes them to be much much much too high.

I don't think that they are much, much, much higher but I do think that a super saiyan and a super saiyan 2 would outright stomp a physical character like thor and supes. I think black hair goku would pull the majority.

If I'm not mistaken, Gogeta/Vegito are far more powerful than SSJ4 Goku. The merger alone increased their powers exponentially, plus they could still increase upwards in levels of SSJ.
